How to verify our registration

Check our pharmacy, superintendent pharmacist and responsible pharmacist on the GPhC register. Ask us for the name and registration number of the responsible pharmacist on duty.

Our pharmacists are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council in Great Britain and follow its Standards for pharmacy professionals.

To make a complaint, call 0121 444 6900 or email team@pharmacy-xpress.co.uk. NHS service complaints can also go to NHS Black Country ICB. If you remain unhappy after the final response to your NHS complaint, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

How long we keep information

Complaint records are kept for 10 years in line with the NHS Records Management Code of Practice.
